The Jungle Book (2016)
Last night brought about the new Super Bowl outing and with it came a slew of new movie trailers in those hallowed advertising breaks.While the majority stick with the 30 second Big Game spot format, Disney took a different tact, releasing the first full length trailer for their live action remake of The Jungle Book.
I, along with many others, was more than a little sceptical when I first heard of the planned, John Favreau directed remake, however this trailer looks stunning.
The cast is beyond the term All Star, Idris Elba as Shere Kahn, Bill Murray as Baloo the bear, Christopher Walken as King Louie and Scarlett Johansson as Kaa the hypnotising snake.
This lands in cinemas 15 April 2016 so not long to go till we get to see if this is a welcome return to the 1967 children's cartoon classic or another ill advised move to squeeze financial profit from childhood's the world over.
